1. 概要 GENERAL
HIC1000型是一种新的智能型电气阀门定位器，采用全数字化运算和操作，适用于直行程或角行程的气动执行机构。动作方式有单作用或双作用式。
本定位器属两线制仪表。HIC1000*2*型可提供PID调节功能，可作为一台就地调节器和定位器一体的高智能控制装置用。定位器型的是由输入信号4~20mA进行，就地PID控制型的是由+24VDC供电输出与变送器串联回路运行。同时它除完成将调节器输出的电流信号转换成驱动调节阀的主要功能外，还具有按照工作时阀杆摩擦力，抵消被调介质压力变化而引起的不平衡力，从而使阀门开度对应于调节器输出的控制信号来实现正确定位。

and double acting.

The HIC1000 series positioner is a two-wire instrument.The HIC1000*2*type has PID adjustment function, it can be used as an intelligent control device in combination of on-site adjustment and positioner. The positoner type works by4~20mA inputting signal, the on-site PID type works by series connection between the circuit of +24VDC power supply output and transmitter. Also,the function of detecting and returning the actuator displacement provides accurate positioning in response to the control signal.

3. 技术参数 TECHNICAL DATA
1.信号范围Input signal：4~20mA，分程时可在20%~100%之间设定。
2.额定供电电压Input impedance：24VDC；阻抗：310Ω（20mA，6.2VDC）。
3.输出气压范围Output pressure：0~0.6Mpa；输出开关信号电源电压：24VDC。
4.速关范围值：定位信号范围0~20%（若值低于设定值，定位器将立即将执行器移至关闭位置）。
5.应用范围（反馈杆行程）Rated travel：25~120。（角行程）、25~60。（直线行程）。
6.耗气量Air consumption：<3NL/min（与供气压无关）。
7.作用方向：正作用：信号4~20mA=位置0~100%，反作用：信号20~4mA=位置0~100%。
